Castle Tours
When you visit Loveland castle all tours will be self-guided tours, with the exception of School tours.
School tours MUST have 20 or more people and MUST be prearranged! Please call the castle ahead of time to make arrangements for your school to visit.
NOTE: If you schedule a guided tour of the Castle you MUST be prepared to pay in full at the time of your tour. Otherwise no tour will be given. We ONLY accept cash, local checks, and cashiers checks on the day of your event.

OverKnights (click to be taken to this area)
Scout OverKnights is our most popular service! Both for you and for us! The Knights enjoy volunteering to tell their favorite ghost stories, sharing smores, fishing, huge bon fires, and so much more.
We are offering a new expanded program for our scout overknights. Our typical scout overknight features the use of the castle for the evening and a guided tour for $150
Our expanded program adds the following elements:
- A stage combat performance. A 30 minute action/comedy performance. Watch as two of our knights settle an age old dispute with a flash of steel and rapier wit.
- Learn to sword fight! Safe fun foam swords! A 45-60 minute class in basic swordsmanship.
- Sword fighting tournament. Participants of the class will square off with their foam weapons to determine who is the best swordsman.
- Certificates of completion of the Master swordsman program and the winner of the tourney gets an added gift a special champion certificate and a castle t-shirt.
- Story telling around the campfire, regaling tales of the knights of old.
All of this, with your host in costume and in character with the tour for just $350
Guided tours
We offer guided tours to any group that schedules ahead and has at least 20 paying visitors.
Our expanded program includes:

Needed Contracts
With some of our services there is a specific contract needed between you and the K.O.G.T. Please print you the contract for the service you desire and fill it out.

Scout OverKnights - (Scouts Only) (Friday Nights Only)
Youth Groups stay from 6pm Friday to 10am SaturdayA non-refundable
deposit of $100 is due at signing of rental agreement.
The balance is due day of event.
We only accept local checks, cashier's checks, or cash on day of event.
- Up to 25 people - $150.00
(from April through September Friday nights only.)
Weddings/Receptions
Weddings are held after 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays only!
- Inside max 50 people
- Outside max 100 people.
-Tables, chairs , etc. not provided.
(We do have about 65 chairs for rent now)
-For a wedding with reception you receive the castle from 7-11pm
-But you may arrive at 5 pm for preparation.
-A non-refundable
deposit of $100 is due at signing of
rental agreement.
-The remaining balance is due the day of the event.
-We only accept local checks, cashiers checks, or cash on the day of the wedding.
Prices
- 1-50 guests $300 with reception $500
- 51-100 guests $400 with reception $600
- Chairs - $1 each if you Set-up/tares down, $1.50 if the KOGT Set-up/tares down
- Tables- $8 each if you Set-up/tares down, $10 if the KOGT does Set-up/tare down
