With some of our services there is a specific contract needed between you and the K.O.G.T.

THE CASTLE IS NOT AVAILABLE DURING OCTOBER!

Scout OverKnights - (Scouts Only) (Friday Nights Only)

Youth Groups stay from 6pm Friday to 10am Saturday

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due at signing of rental agreement. The balance is due day of event.

 

We only accept local checks, cashier's checks, or cash on day of event.

→ Up to 25 people - $150.00
       (from April through September Friday nights only.)

 

OverKnights Contract

Weddings/Receptions - (NOT AVAILABLE IN OCTOBER)

Weddings are held after 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays only!

 

→ Inside max 50 people
→ Outside max 100 people.

 

♦Tables, chairs , etc. not provided.
(We do have about 65 chairs for rent now)
♦ For a wedding with reception you receive the castle from 7-11pm
♦ But you may arrive at 5 pm for preparation.
♦ A non-refundable deposit of $200 is due at signing of rental agreement.
♦ The remaining balance is due the day of the event.
♦ We only accept local checks, cashiers checks, or cash on the day of the wedding.

Prices
→ 1-50 Guests - $350 with reception $550
→ 51-100 Guests - $450 with reception $650
♦ Chairs - $1 each if you Set-up/tares down
                $1.50 if the KOGT Set-up/tares down
♦ Tables - $8 each if you Set-up/tares down
                $10 if the KOGT does Set-up/tare down

Private Parties - 4hrs No Overnights

Our Extended Tours are for groups of 20 or more people
and a non-refundable deposit of $30 is required before your tour date can be confirmed

A non-refundable deposit of $200 is at signing of rental agreement.
The balance is due the day of the event. We only accept local checks, cashiers checks, or cash on the day of the party.

 

→ Up to 50 amount of guests - $250
